The bar of the city and the public were greatly shocked Wednesday morning to learn of the death of the well-known and well-liked Attorney S. Eugene Hull.
The writer became acquainted wit him during his career as a newspaper reporter; this acquaintance ripened into a very personal friendship since his admittance to the bar. Mr. Hull’s advancement was rapid, and soon after his admittance to practice he was appointed assistant city attorney. It was very recently that he opened up private offices for himself, and had already secured a good legal practice. The deceased was soon to have married. He was president of the Young Men’s Republican Club.
