9/1945 - Myron H. Hopkins

Mr. Hopkins, 85, former president and manager of the Tanglefoot company, died

Aug. 26 at his home, 132 Madison Ave., S.E.

Mr. Hopkins was born in Chicago but came to Grand Rapids at the age of eight. He

had been a Grand Rapids resident for 77 years..

After his retirement from the Tanglefoot company with which he was associated

for many years, Mr. Hopkins became co-manager of the A.D. Rathbone estate in 1929.

Surviving are a son, Myron B,. Hopkins, and two sisters, Mrs. Anna H. Ball and

Miss Cornelia R. Hopkins, all of Grand Rapids. His wife, Flora Ball Hopkins, died

last March. .
